Description
This residential project in Cleveland Park, Washington, D.C., involved a full structural rebuild and a comprehensive aesthetic update. Our firm managed the complete demolition of the existing space and the rerouting of plumbing lines to accommodate a new, modernized layout. The project centered on the installation of a custom black shaker-style double vanity and the precise technical mounting of wall-integrated brass faucets. Masonry work included the symmetrical alignment of geometric patterned porcelain floor tiles and the application of classic white subway tile within the shower zone. The electrical infrastructure was entirely updated to support a backlit LED mirror and designer brass wall sconces. This bathroom remodeling combines high-standard finish carpentry with mechanical precision, while the overall bathroom renovation successfully optimizes the room's footprint and functional ergonomics to increase property value.
