An application concerning the employment of one or more alien workers for the following permanent position will be filed with the Department of Labor. This Notice of Filing will be posted for 10 consecutive business days, ending between 30 and 180 days before filing the permanent labor certification application.
Job Title: Customer Service Specialist
Duties:
For a kitchen design and remodeling company: Interact with customers to provide general information about the company’s products, design options, and available services, responding to routine inquiries using established guidelines and standardized procedures. Assist with scheduling appointments, providing order status updates, and addressing basic questions related to project timelines. Handle and resolve general customer concerns by documenting issues and coordinating solutions with internal teams while maintaining accurate records of all interactions. Support the design center by directing customers to the appropriate personnel for specialized design, sales, or technical matters.
Requirements:
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
- 3 months of experience in customer service or a related occupation.
Rate of Pay/Wage: $35,500.00 per year salary
Hours/Duration: Full time; 08:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday
