Trinity House Café Review:

Super cute little cafe! I got the lunch special for $10.67. It came with tomato soup, a large portion that was very filling and savory, a chicken sandwich and some chips. Fresh and delicious. Compared to other eateries in the area this is super affordable and the sizing is perfect. Staff was friendly and fast. Also the cafe is very clean and cozy. Great place to sit and eat. -Maryam Shahid

Dolce & Ciabatta Bakery Review:

We have been coming to Dolce & Ciabatta for about 2 1/2 years now and this place never disappoints. The service has always been great, the parties are so delicious and beautiful looking, their food is delicious and their fresh baked breads are always tempting you to grab a loaf or two when checking out. We can’t wait for the new location and to be able to continue supporting this small business! -Da Hun

Perfect for a quick pastry and the best local coffee in town.

King Street Coffee Review:

Cool shop on essentially the main drag, so to speak. Good mocha within my sweet taste tolerances. A little seating area inside as well as out. Some parking out back in their small lot but also street meter parking (park mobile app). -John Price

The Wine Kitchen

This spot pairs local wines with seasonal dishes in an elegant setting.

The Wine Kitchen Review:

Honestly, I loved everything about this spot. Great servers and great food. As someone who doesn’t drink, it was so lovely that they had multiple zero proof wine options and even a flight! This was my first time having a flight because I’ve never seen zero proof flight options elsewhere. The food was also good, specifically the truffle pasta and the roasted chicken sandwich. The trout was a bit salty but everything else was good so I gave that a pass. -Atasha Jordan

Tuscarora Mill

An innovative menu in a historic mill setting, ideal for special occasions.

Tuscarora Mill Review:

Great spot and consistently one of the only places in the area to regularly feature game meat on the menu (always order The elk if they have it!) The scallop appetizer is pricey but well plated and delicious. We also got the fried oysters and were pleasantly surprised at how fresh they tasted. Decent non-alcoholic beer selection that I hope will continue to grow. The grilled pork chop never disappoints – the cherry sauce that comes with it is amazing. We were in the back cabin which is quaint and historic, but depending on the other tables can be very noisy. We had a table in the back corner that was practically shouting so it was hard to hear each other talking. Our server Karla though was fantastic and we hope to have her again. -Kelsey DeVries

Lightfoot Restaurant Review:

Highly recommend this place. Happen to eat here for lunch and was pleasantly surprised on my experience. Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted and seated. The atmosphere is inline with the historical buildings in Leesburg. Everything was clean, including immaculately cleaned restrooms as well. Our server Eli was exceptional and provided top notch service. Our food came out hot and passed the eye test and taste was delicious. Crab bisque was loaded with crab meat and flavorful. Scallops with sweet potatoe pancakes were chef’s kiss. My entree was lobster and shrimp pasta on angel hair noodles. Everything was very good and I will return. Last thing, I have to mention the music playing while dining was excellent. -Carmelita Hanks

Seafood Shack

Ford’s Fish Shack Lansdowne

seafood restaurant in leesburg VA

Ford’s Fish Shack Lansdowne Review:

The food was what you would expect from an American style seafood spot. The restaurant is kind of a beach like vibe. Booth seats. Nothing fancy. Crab cakes were small but surprisingly had a great taste! Calamari and Rocket shrimp could use more sauce. Service was good. Staff greeted us and were very friendly. No complaints there. Oh and the food came out super quick and was hot and still tasted fresh. I would certainly come back if I wanted a quick decent seafood meal. No complaints and enjoyed it. -Mya Power

Gogi92 Review:

Such a neat experience. It is so different from other restaurants, it makes it really fun. This is something we would never cook at home. The server cooks the food for you on the grill in the center of the table. There are so many different sauces to dip the meat in. It is fun to speak with the server while they cooked. Devon waited on us and Tao cooked for us. -GrayBeard (Chris)

Señor Ramon Taqueria

mexican restaurant in leesburg va

Authentic Mexican cuisine with a vast selection of tacos.

Señor Ramon Taqueria Review:

I’ve been coming to Señor Ramon’s for years, since their old porch location and now this larger spot. They’ve always been consistent and the food is delicious. Friday can get hectic, and there’s never enough tables for the crowd they attract. (There’s a secret downstairs with more seating and restrooms.) happy hour hasn’t been advertised much in the past, but that’s changed in recent months. Food recommendations: the corn nuggets are a must, and if you love shrimp, the TS 478! Typically 1-2 tacos are the norm per person, depending on how hungry you are, and how many sides you order. 3 tacos and you’ll regret it. -Carter Browns

Golden China Restaurant Review:

This was our first trip to the Golden China Restaurant. We were pleasantly surprised at just how good the food was. It was fresh, hot, and exactly what we ordered. I had vegetable fried rice and two spring rolls, YUMMY! All four of us came home with left overs. Tonight, I finished my dinner. It tasted great again tonight. The wait staff was very attentive. Our glasses were always full. We will definitely be back. -Stacey Bassett
